It’s been 5 months since I lost 80 lbs on Herbal Magic. I can’t tell you how exciting it is to be able to say that I’m keeping the weight off. There are two main reasons:
I’m sticking to the maintenance program on Herbal Magic, and I’m exercising. I’ve never felt better!!!
And I’m reaping the rewards of weight loss, and shopping for a new wardrobe.
It is amazing to be able to buy new clothes and not have to constantly worry about wearing dark colours to conceal my size.
Thanks again to all of you for continued emails of support and encouragement.
