Justin Bieber is taking the world by storm yet again!

The Believe Tour, presented by AEG Live will featuring Carly Rae Jepsen.

The Believe tour will blaze a trail through more than 45 cities – including Ottawa’s Scotiabank Place on Friday, November, 23rd!
