With the 57th Annual GRAMMY Awards coming up fast (Feb 8 on City) we’re looking back on our favourite moments from past GRAMMYs!
By now, we’re used to seeing mesmerizing acrobatic performances from P!nk at award shows, but it was during music’s biggest night in 2010, when she first debuted a Cirque du Soleil inspired routine for her song “Glitter In the Air.”
English singer-songwriter, Ed Sheeran, released his sophomore album X worldwide on June 23rd, 2014, and it quickly became an international smash in its first week on sale, going to number one in twelve countries, topping both the UK Albums Chart and the US Billboard 200, and reaching the top 5 in eleven other countries!
It’s already been an award winning year for soulful British crooner, Sam Smith, with his debut album ‘In the Lonely Hour’ selling over one million copies, and garnering universal praise from critics and his peers!
The album is nominated for Album of the Year at the GRAMMYs, while Sam himself is tied for the most nominations with a total of six awards!
