Staples Center executive chef Joseph Martin (L) and Executive Sous Chef LeQuon Stevenson (R) certainly have their  hands full for this Sunday’s 2013 Grammy Awards. Among other things, Joseph and his team will be serving up a staggering 8,000 rolls of sushi and 240 pounds of shrimp! And to kick the night off right, they’ll be uncorking over 1,200 bottles of wine.

As if all of that wasn’t enough, some of the other delicious menu items for the evening include: Waffle Crusted Jidori Chicken, Rissotto Pancakes, Lobster Beignets, Chilled Lemongrass Soup, Gingersnap Limeade and Margaritas with Reposado.
