A singer-songwriter named Allyson Nichole Burnett is suing Carly Rae Jepsen and Owl City’s Adam Young over their song, “Good Time” which she says copies the sound of her song, “Ah, It’s a Love Song.”
Burnett says her reputation is at stake and could be “significantly damaged by such incorrect assumptions. She also claims she has suffered emotional and psychological damage after fans asked her why she copied “Good Time.”
What do you think? Do they sound the same?

The song “Ah, It’s a love song” sounds nothing like “Good Time” by Owl City and Carly Rae Jepsen

really copies the sound of her song? for one they both sound nothing alike, two the words are nothing alike. three this burnette girl should stop listening to stupid fans because well they just ruined her career before it probably even could get started.

Also, “Good Time” was released a couple months before “Ah, It’s a Love Song”

hmm…maybe she is just trying to secure some income from her song by suing them? Aside from a few little ohs at the beginning they sound nothing alike.
